Quick Recipe: Tandoori Paneer Or Chicken
Mix 2.5 tbsp of Orika Tandoori All Purpose Seasoning with 3 tbsp curd and 1 tsp mustard oil. Add 500g paneer or chicken cubes and coat evenly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Grill in a pan or cook in an oven preheated to 220°C for approximately 30 minutes, or until juicy and lightly charred. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
Chef's 3-Minute Tandoori Glaze
In a non-stick pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp Orika Tandoori All Purpose Seasoning, and 200ml coconut milk. Stir for 3 minutes to create a rich tandoori glaze sauce. Goes well with steaks and grilled preparations, and is also suitable for vegans.
